As a kind of international prevailing business mode in information era , e-commerce concept is unceasingly enjoying popular support. While in our country, with the popularization and development of computer and network technology, e-commerce rises rapidly, and the development of online trading also steps into a new stage. The further development of e-commerce has caused a wide and profound business transformation. E-commerce,as one of the important business activities in online trading, has a huge economic potential, which attracts many enterprises to have a try, even though the business form, in the new economic status, not only has a bright future, but also faces many problems.
