As the mechanical?facilities, it?is widely?used in highway, railway, construction, utilities,?ports, mines?and other construction?projects?of the?earth?. The Loader develops rapidly in foreign, and there are many problems in the design of the loader?in our country. The problems mainly?focused on?reliability, structural?design strength and so on. The?transmission system is a top priority?for the?loader. Therefore,?the design of?transmission system?directly affects the?quality?and?efficiency other service life of?loaders and so on. In this paper,?as the research object?loader?, based on a lot of academic literature in the reference and research design. I use the way?of module?to illustrate?transmission system principle of loader?, the?main components?and their functions,?the?transmission?line?and the?diagram of hydraulic?mechanical transmission system. As?the main?components?, I??make the structural design?and calculation for the?drive bridge in detail. This design was a loader drive axle design, broadly divided into the main drive design, the differential design, final drive design and the axle design. One main drive bevel gear used 35 o Spiral bevel gear, the basic parameters and the calculation of geometry parameters for this type of gear is the focus of this design. When the gears of a few basic parameters, such as number of teeth, module, driven gear such as sub-degree diameter were determined , all geometric parameters of gears can be calculated using a large number of formulas, and then the gear stress analysis and strength check can be operated . Understanding the structure and working principles of the differential, half shaft and final drive of the future, combined with the design requirements, their form and size were rightly selected.
