摘 要毕业设计是根据山东省**市**区的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制投标书。设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括工程总说明、分部分项工程量清单计价表、投标总价、工程量清单综合单价分析表、措施项目分析表、工程造价的确定、工料分析以及工程量的计算；工程量计算规则按照建筑工程工程量清单计价规范中的规则和定额的计算规则计算，采用计价软件套价。技术标包括编制说明、工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、主要分部分项施工方案、主要施工机械及材料进厂计划、劳动力配备计划、各项管理措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。并且设置了施工中的各种保证措施和应急措施以及对工程中通病的预防措施也包括安全措施等措施。关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方案AbstractGraduation the design is a tender which according to LuoZhuang District LinYin CityShandong Province project ender document bid notice, the condition of contract ,the technology standard, the blueprint and other related documents establishes. Technical standard, including the preparation of that project overview, construction and deployment of pre-construction preparation, construction layout, major sub-part of the implementation plan, the major construction machinery and materials into the plant scheme, with workforce plans, the management measures. Technical objective is from the people, material, machine layout aspects of construction, from a technical, construction, material, etc. to take measures to ensure the progress of the project, engineering quality and construction safety, and on this basis to reduce costs.
