精品论文 参考文献 脑血管病患者中西医结合治疗的临床效果 湖南省长沙市第八医院（长沙市中医医院）湖南长沙 410199 【摘 要】目的 观察脑血管病患者的中西医结合治疗临床效果。方法 选选取2013年9月一2015年9月我院心内科收治的206例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组各103例。对照组采用常规性西医治疗方法，研究组采用中西医结合治疗方法。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和血液流变学指标（全血黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比积和血沉）变化情况。结果 研究组总有效率96.1％，对照组总有效率为82.5％，研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P lt; 0．05）；研究组全血黏度（高、中、低切变）、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比积、血沉均高于对照组，组间比较差异具有显著性（P lt; 0．01）。结论 中西医联合治疗脑血管疾病具疗效显著、稳定安全等特点，治疗效果较理想，值得临告床应用。 【关键词】中西医结合疗法；脑血管疾病；缺血性脑血管病；血液流变学 [Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment：Patients with cerebral vascular disease of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods from September 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital department of Cardiology treated 206 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease as the research object，randomly divided into study group and control group，103 cases in each group.The control group using conventional treatment of Western medicine，the study group with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The two groups of patients after treatment the clinical effect and blood rheology index of whole blood viscosity，fibrin fibrinogen，red cells than the product of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the changes observed.Results group，the total effective rate was 96.1%.In control group，the total effective rate was 82.5%，patients in study group the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；research group，the whole blood viscosity（high，middle and low shear），fibrin fibrinogen，red cell hematocrit，erythrocyte sedimentation rate were higher than those of the control group，the difference between the two groups is significant（P lt; 0.01）.Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cerebral vascular disease has obvious curative effect，stable and safe，ideal treatment effect，it is worthy of clinical application to bed.
