精品论文 参考文献 胰岛素和口服降糖药对II型糖尿病人临床疗效的对比研究 王晓兰 　　（绵阳市安县人民医院 四川 绵阳 622650） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨地特胰岛素在口服降糖药治疗不佳II型糖尿病患者治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：将我院收治的97例II型糖尿病患者按照随机分层分组法分为对照组和观察组，两组患者在原有口服降糖药治疗基础上分别加用口服降糖药及地特胰岛素观察两组治疗前后血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛功能、血糖变异性及安全性。结果：两组治疗后FPG、2hPG及HbA1c水平均优于治疗前(Plt;0.05)。观察组治疗后胰岛功能指标、FPG、2hPG及HbA1c水平均优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组血糖水平波动幅度(MAGE)、血糖达标天数均低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组低血糖发生率差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论：胰岛素联合口服降糖药能显著降低II型糖尿病患者血糖水平，改善患者胰岛功能，在II型糖尿病患者治疗中具有重要应用价值。 　　【关键词】 地特胰岛素；口服降糖药；II型糖尿病；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R587.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）05-0039-02 　　Comparison of the efficacy of insulin detemir and oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 　　Wang Xiaolan. Sichuan Province, Mianyang 622650,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of insulin detemir combined with oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Methods According to a stratified randomization method, 97 cases of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group were treated with two kinds of oral hypoglycemic agents, the observation group were treated with insulin detemir combined with oral hypoglycemic agents, two groups of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, the islet function, MAGE and the hypoglycemia incidence were observed. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c and the islet function, there are significant differences between the two groups (Plt;0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in MAGE and the mean levels of blood glucose, there are significant differences between the two groups (Plt;0.05). There were not significantly difference between two groups in the hypoglycemia incidence(Pgt;0.05). Conclusion Insulin detemir combined with oral hypoglycemic agents can significantly improve the levels of blood sugar
