國立台北科技大學機械系課程委員會九十五學年度第二次會議紀錄 開會時間：96年4月26日中午12:00 開會地點：Engineering Drawing 1學分3小時 教授立體三維空間的投影觀念、幾何學製圖方法，訓練繪製草圖、各種物件之三視圖、零件／組合圖及各式剖面變位圖之能力；並能正確標註尺寸及加工表面符號，公差與配合。並且使具備繪製各式氣油壓及機械設備之相關標準工程圖的能力。 Instructing the concepts of orthographic projection of 3D space and the methods of geometry graphics. Training the skills to raw sketch, various 3D views, parts/assembly drawings and cross-sectional views. Learning to mark dimensions, manufacturing surface symbols tolerance and fittings correctly. This lesson also demands students be able to draw the hydraulic and fluid systems, and related mechanical devices as the standard engineering drawings. 決議：1.通過。 2.「機械製圖」系列課程，煩請設計組老師再次整合課程內容，並要求任課老師落實依課程內容授課。 案由三：擬請同意製科所加入機電所「機械視覺」課程為合開課程。吳明川老師提。 說明：本課程為現有課程，因其課程內容適合兩所學生修習，擬請同意列為兩所在職專班合開課程。請討論。 決議：依本課程內容之適用性，通過合開。 案由四：研議96學年第一學期排課相關事宜。 說明：依老師開課意願初步彙整下學期課表及開課時數對照如附件，請討論。 決議：請蘇老師協調完成排課作業。 三、散會。 附件（一）96機械系四技分組新增課程--課程概述 一、精密機電組： 1. 3003085精密工程學Fundamentals of Precision Engineering 3學分3小時 (必) 先修課程：負責教授同意。概念性的介紹精密機電系統以及精密加工程序，工件精密度介紹，誤差與公差(尺寸精度、組裝誤差)，移動平台(XY-Stage)之選用，滾珠螺桿與線性滑軌選用與承重計算，真直度與平行度介紹，位置控制與馬達選用。 This course will mainly introduce the concepts of precision mechanical systems and precision fabrication process. The concepts of mechanical errors and tolerance of products and the key points of selecting of XY-stages, driving units, ball screws, and linear motion elements will be also introduced in this course. 2. 3003086精密工程實驗Experiments of Precision Engineering 1學分3小時 (必) 先修課程：負責教授同意。介紹配合與組裝，機台組裝平行度檢測之基本概念，提供訓練移動平台(XY-Stage)，滾珠螺桿與線性滑軌選用之實務經驗。透過馬達控制實驗及PC-I/O 介面實驗訓練學生具有精密工程實務經驗。 In experiments of precision engineering course, precision mechanical systems and assembling accuracy will mainly be introduced.
