精品论文 参考文献 精细化护理改善脑血管介入围手术期患者手术成功率的应用效果 杨帆（商丘市第一人民医院神经外一科 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的：探讨脑血管介入围手术期患者应用精细化护理对改善手术成功率的影响，以丰富临床护理经验。方法：选取2012年6月至2014年6月在我院行脑血管造影以及介入治疗的患者60例，根据入院治疗顺序分成对照组与观察组各30例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组则使用精细化护理。经护理后，统计两组的护理质量评分、住院时间以及手术成功情况等，并进行对比。结果：经护理后观察组的护理质量评分、住院时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组的手术成功率为73.33%（22/30），观察组为93.33%（28/30），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：脑血管介入围手术期患者应用精细化护理缩短了住院时间，使护理质量显著提高，且具有较高的手术成功率，值得推广。 [关键词] 脑血管介入术；围手术期；精细化护理；手术成功率 Fine improve success rate of surgery in patients with cerebrovascular intervention perioperative nursing of application effect What (shangqiu first peoples hospital outside a family Henan shangqiu, 476100) [abstract] objective: to study the patients with cerebrovascular intervention perioperative application of elaborating the influence of nursing to improve the success rate of surgery, with rich clinical nursing experience.
