精品论文 参考文献 瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的调脂、非调脂作用及对动脉粥样硬化的逆转作用和安全性分析 何莉 殷文 　　（南充市中心医院心内科 四川 南充 637100） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的调脂、非调脂作用。方法：选取120例我院冠心病患者作为此次研究对象，选取时间为2013年12月至2014年12月。随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取阿托伐他汀药物治疗，而观察组则采用瑞舒伐他汀药物治疗，后比较两组冠心病患者治疗前后hs-CRP、IMT、Hcy值变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果：经治疗，观察组患者hs-CRP、IMT、Hcy值改善情况及不良反应发生率均优于对照组，Plt;0.05。结论：相较于阿托伐他汀，瑞舒伐他汀对于冠心病的调脂、非调脂作用更显著，能有效逆转动脉粥样硬化，且临床安全性高。 　　【关键词】 瑞舒伐他汀；阿托伐他汀；冠心病 　　【中图分类号】R541 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）20-0016-02 　　Effects of atorvastatin and atorvastatin on the regulation of lipid and non lipid regulation in patients with coronary heart disease 　　He Li, Yin Wen. Results After treatment, the observation group of patients with hs-CRP, IMT, Hcy value improvement and adverse reaction rate were better than the control group, Plt;0.05. Conclusion Compared with atorvastatin, the effect of atorvastatin on the lipid and non lipid regulation of coronary heart disease is more significant, and can effectively reverse the atherosclerosis, and the clinical safety is high. 　　【Key words】 Red atorvastatin; Atorvastatin; Coronary heart disease 　　冠心病作为临床上较为常见的一种心脏疾病，临床治疗时采取阿托伐他汀、瑞舒伐他汀均有疗效，且瑞舒伐他汀药物的临床安全性更高，对于患者的调脂、非调脂作用更为显著[1]。本文就此探讨比较瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀对冠心病的临床价值。 　　1.资料
