With the knowledge becoming the key element of economic development, the new era has witnessed economic globalization and kinds of social reform. The most dramatic change refer to personal value. People began to realized the value of human begings and knowledge. 3 知识经济使人们认识到，人不是简单地创造资本的机器，人 是社会的主人，又是自然的一员。人的发展、人类的发展是第一 位的。人的创造，经济的发展，归根到底是为了人类自身的发展 。 People learn from knowledge economy that human begings are not simply the machine to create capital, but the owner of the society and the memeber of nature as well. So the development of human beings has priority.It is for the benefit of human beings development that we did all in terms of creation and economic development. 4 知识经济时代也对教育有了进一步的认识。教育的本质是育人，是提高人的素 质。教育确实离不开政治和经济的发展，离不开社会的发展。但教育不是消极地 适应社会政治和经济的发展，教育要促进社会的进步和发展，而最终的目的是促 进人类自身的发展。 People also learned more about education.
