太阳能热水器水位自动控制系统 摘要 太阳能热水器，作为三大热水器之一，因其无污染，使用方便，长期投入成本低等特点，而越来越受到人们的青睐，其使用已相当普及。但与之配套的控制器却还一直处于研究和开发阶段。目前，市面上已有很多太阳能热水器的控制器具有温度和水位的显示功能，并且很多通过温度传感器以及安装电磁阀进行电辅助加热，已经能解决水温的自动控制。然而，在水位自动控制的方面依然不是那么完美，在很多时候，消费者在使用的过程中，往往会因水箱中水量不足并且不知情的情况下洗澡时遭受到突然没水的尴尬场面，从而影响人们的心情，生活和正常的工作。本设计通过利用温度传感器和液位传感器的结合，使我们理想中的既能自动控制温度，也能自动控制水位，温度和水位利用开关按扭转换的太阳能热水器实现，方便广大消费群众。 关键词: 太阳能热水器;水位;自动控制 The automatic control system of water level for Soler Water Heater Abstrct Solar water heaters, as one of the three water heaters, because of its clean, easy to use, low cost long-term investment, more and more people of all ages, their use has become quite common. However, accompanying the supporting controller still has been in research and development stage. At present, there are already many solar water heater controller with temperature and water level display, and many through the temperature sensor and solenoid valves were installed auxiliary electric heating, has been able to solve the water temperature control. Nevertheless, water level control of the area is still not so perfect, in many cases, consumers in the use of the process, often due to inadequate water tank, and without the knowledge of the water bath did not suffer from the embarrassing scene of a sudden, so influence peoples feelings, life and normal work. This design through the use of temperature sensors and liquid level sensor combination of both our ideal temperature control can also control the water level, temperature, and water use switch button conversion of solar water heaters to achieve, facilitate the broad consumer public.
