精品论文 参考文献 浅析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤剖宫产术的临床效果 杨利琴 　　（四川省广元市昭化区人民医院妇产科 四川 广元 628021） 　　【摘要】 目的：分析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤剖宫产术的临床效果。方法：选取本院2012年7月～2015年7月收治的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产妇42例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，观察组在剖宫产术中行肌瘤剔除术，对照组仅行剖宫产术，比较两组产妇基本情况、住院时间、宫缩素用量以及并发症情况。结果：对比两组手术时间、住院时间、宫缩素用量和并发症情况，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对比两组术中、术后出血量，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产妇在剖宫产手术中行肌瘤剔除，有较高的安全性与可靠性，虽并发率有所提高，但可避免二次手术，减少产妇痛苦，具有临床推广价值。 　　【关键词】 妊娠合并子宫肌瘤；剖宫产术；肌瘤剔除；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R737.33 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）05-0033-02 　　Clinical effect of pregnancy combined with uterine fibroids cesarean section Yang Liqin. 　　The Peoples Hospital of Zhaohua District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan , Guangyuan 628021, Chinese 　　【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cesarean section in pregnancy with uterine fibroids. Methods Select the hospital in July 2012 to 2015 July were of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma patients 42 cases as the object of study and randomized to the control group and the observation group, the observation group in splits the palace production intraoperative myoma resection, the control group only underwent caesarean birth operation, were compared between the two groups of patients with surgery, hospitalization time contractions, consumption and the rate of complications. Results Were compared between the two groups in operation time, hospitalization time contractions, consumption and complications, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Compared two groups of patients, postoperative bleeding, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05).
