精品论文 参考文献 浅析妊娠合并高血压对孕妇妊娠结局的影响 黑龙江省绥化市明水县崇德镇卫生院 151771 　　摘要：目的:研究分析妊娠合并高血压对孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:此次研究的对象是选择2002至 2007年入住我院接受治疗的72例妊娠合并高血压孕妇,将其孕期情况进行回顾性分析，并根据血压控制情况分成满意组(A组,52例)与不满意组(B组,1 6例)与7 0例正常孕妇的妊娠过程进行比较,分析在孕期和并发症妊娠结局方面有无差异。结果: A组妊娠合并高血压并发妊娠期高血压综合征、妊娠期糖尿病、高血压危象、心衰、先兆子痫、肾病综合征、高度水肿剖宫产率高于对照组(Plt;0.05),围产儿出生率减低(Plt;0.05),两组均无畸形儿发生。B组并发糖尿病高血压危象、心衰、先兆子痫、高度水肿剖宫产率明显高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论: 重视妊娠期保健,特别是患有高血压病妊娠,应及时诊断,定期门诊,有效平稳控制血压,减少并发症,提高妊娠的成功率。适时终止妊娠,是妊娠合并高血压,孕妇平安结局有效的临床手段。 　　关键词：妊娠合并高血压;控制高血压;并发症 　　[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of pregnancy complicated with hypertension on pregnancy outcome. Methods: the subjects of this study are selected from 2002 to 2007 in our hospital treatment of 72 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension in pregnant women, the retrospective analysis of the pregnancy situation, and according to the blood pressure control is divided into satisfied group (group A, 52 cases) and unsatisfactory group (group B, 16 cases) compared with pregnancy 70 cases of normal pregnant women, there is no difference in complications during pregnancy and analysis of pregnancy outcomes. Results: A group of pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, gestational diabetes, hypertensive crisis, heart failure, preeclampsia, nephrotic syndrome, severe edema of cesarean section was higher than the control group (Plt;0.05), perinatal birth rate decreased (Plt;0.05), no malformation occurred in two groups. B group of diabetic hypertensive crisis and heart failure, preeclampsia, severe edema of cesarean section was significantly higher than the control group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion: pay attention to health care in pregnancy, especially in patients with hypertension and pregnancy, should be timely diagnosis, regular outpatient, effective control of blood pressure, reduce complications, improve the success rate of pregnancy.
