精品论文 参考文献 浅析不同剂量胰岛素对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗效果观察 大庆油田总医院 163000 【摘 要】目的 探讨小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿接受不同剂量胰岛素治疗的效果。 方法 此次研究的对象是选取2013年1月—2014年12月该院的60 例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将患儿分组为大剂量组和小剂量组，大剂量组使用0.11～0.2 U/（kgmiddot;h）胰岛素持续滴注治疗，小剂量组使用0.05～0.1 U/（kgmiddot;h）胰岛素持续滴注治疗，对两组患儿的各项指标进行对比分析。结果 大剂量组和小剂量组患儿的空腹血糖、餐后小时血糖、尿酮体转阴时间等指标无统计学差异性，大剂量组患儿的血糖降低速度比小剂量组快，结果有统计学差异性。 结论 小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒使用大剂量胰岛素和小剂量胰岛素治疗的效果相近，小剂量胰岛素能够让患儿的血糖水平稳定下降，防治低血糖症状。因此，小剂量胰岛素对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的效果比较好，临床中可以推广使用。 【关键词】大、小剂量胰岛素；小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒；治疗效果 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the acceptance of different doses of insulin in children with diabetic ketoacidosis effect. Method the study object is to select December January 2013 - 2014. The Academy of 60 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis in children，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the children were divided into high dose group and small dose group，high dose group with 0.11 ~ 0.2 U /(kg-h）islets of Langerhans）continuous infusion for treatment of，small dose group using 0.05 ~ 0.1 U /(kg-h）insulin continuous infusion therapy，indicators of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. The large dose group and small dose group of children with fasting blood glucose，postprandial hour blood glucose，urine ketone conversion time index no statistically difference，the high dose group of children with blood sugar decreased faster than the small dose group. As a result，there was statistical difference. Conclusion diabetic ketoacidosis in children using the effect of large dose of insulin and small dose of insulin on similar，small dose of insulin to drop in children with blood sugar levels stable and prevent hypoglycemia symptoms. Therefore，the effect of small dose of insulin on diabetic ketoacidosis in children is good，can be widely used in clinical.
