精品论文 参考文献 江苏省不同地区人群麻疹抗体水平对消除麻疹的影响 须凡帆 （无锡市疾病预防控制中心疾病控制部免疫规划科 214023） 【摘要】目的 对江苏省健康人群麻疹抗体水平进行分析，以掌握江苏省健康人群麻疹发病的特点，了解人群免疫状况和水平，探索人群麻疹预防和控制措施。方法 分年龄、分地区综合分析各地采集的健康人群麻疹抗体水平数据。结果 本次监测样本共5072人，其中4749人麻疹抗体为阳性，阳性率为93.63%。苏北、苏南地区人群麻疹抗体水平分别为95.3%和95.58%，较苏中地区87.98%高，各地区人群抗体阳性率有统计学差异（chi;2=87.29，Plt;0.01）。各地区人群麻疹抗体滴度水平有统计学差异，F=7.84，Plt;0.0001。其中，苏北地区抗体水平居首位，苏南地区居中，苏中地区相对最低。结论 江苏省各地区、各年龄段人群麻疹抗体水平不等，麻疹强化免疫对保护特定年龄段儿童有显著效果。 【关键词】麻疹 抗体水平 强化免疫 【中图分类号】R186 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）21-0126-02 The Impact of Measles Clearance by Measles Antibody Level in Different Areas of Jiangsu Province Xu-fanfan ，Center for disease control and prevention, Wuxi 214023, Jiangsu Province, China 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the measles antibody level of healthy population in Jiangsu Province, to grasp the characteristics of incidence of measles in healthy population of Jiangsu Province. To understand the status and level of population immunity, explore the measlesrsquo; prevention. Method Analysis the data of measles antibody level in healthy people of different ages in different areas. Result The total number of the monitoring samples is 5072, 4749 are measles antibody positive, the positive rate was 93.63%. Compared with 87.98% positive rate in Middle Jiangsu, measles antibody level in the population of Northern Jiangsu, South of Jiangsu are a were 95.3% and 95.58%,, there is significant difference in positive rate of antibody regions (chi;2=87.29, Plt;0.01). There were significant differences, measles antibody titer levels of population in F=7.84, Plt;0.0001. Among them, the measles antibody level of the population of North Jiangsu area was the highest, lowest in middle Jiangsu. Conclusion The measles antibody level of different areas of Jiangsu province and the people of all ages are not consistent.
