精品论文 参考文献 椎间孔镜治疗脱出型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效研究 中国水利水电第三工程局职工医院 725000 【摘 要】的 探究椎间孔镜治疗脱出型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取2014年3月～2016年3月我院接受治疗的48例脱出型腰椎间盘突出症患者，按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组，各24例。对照组采用常规手术治疗，治疗组采用椎间孔镜治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果，术中出血量，手术时间和疼痛消失时间。结果 治疗组的临床效果优于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间和疼痛消失时间明显短于对照组，两组差异显著（Plt;0.05），有统计学意义。结论 采用椎间孔镜治疗脱出型腰椎间盘突出症患者具有较大的意义，可较好的提高患者的治疗效果，缩短患者的手术时间和疼痛消失时间，减少患者的术中出血量，为临床治疗提供较为突出的依据。 【关键词】椎间孔镜；脱出型腰椎间盘突出症；临床效果 [Abstract] Objective To explore the intervertebral foramen of endoscopy in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation clinical effect.Methods 2014 March 2016 years 3 months in our hospital to accept treatment of 48 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients，according to the treatment method of the different divided into treatment group and control group，24 cases）.The control group with conventional surgical treatment，the treatment group was treated with transforaminal endoscopic therapy.Compared two groups of patients with treatment effect，intraoperative bleeding volume，operation time and the pain disappeared time.Results in the treatment group，the clinical effect is better than that of the control group，intraoperative bleeding volume less than that of the control group，the operation time and pain disappearing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group.Group had significant difference（P lt; 0.05），there is statistical significance.Conclusion the transforaminal endoscopic treatment of sequestered lumbar disc herniation patients has great significance，improve patients with good treatment effect，reduce the pain of patients with surgical time and disappearance time，reduce the patient intraoperative blood loss，provide a more prominent basis for clinical treatment.
