But as Henan province, the fourth national largest industry，How to grasp opportunities, expand innovation, find a innovated industrialization road responding to the industrial development of Henan Province under the new situation, is a decisive problem of whether the future of Henan industry can develop fast and well. However, to solve this problem the first we should do is to correctly judge which development stage the industrialization of Henan province is in at present and make correct assessment of the quality of the current process of industrialization.
