精品论文 参考文献 恶性血液疾病合并骨髓坏死9 例临床分析 秦童1 邵运丽2（1.河南大学淮河医院 血液内科 475000；2.河南大学第一附属医院 血液风湿科475000） 　　【摘要】目的：研究分析恶性血液疾病合并骨髓坏死的发病机理、临床症状特点以及血液学变化特征。方法：回顾分析本院9 例恶性血液疾病合并骨髓坏死患者临床资料，对全部患者症状特点、诊断以及预后进行分析探讨。结果：全部患者均存在贫血、发热、全身性骨痛等症状，9例骨髓坏死患者中1 例伴有慢性粒细胞白血病患者在治疗一周后家属放弃治疗出院，余下8 例患者均通过科学规范的化疗后，其中4 例骨髓症状完全改善，2 例患者骨髓症状好转，2 例患者未骨髓病情无变化。结论：对于骨髓坏死这类较为难治的综合性症状，其主要的原发病因素为恶性血液疾病，治疗时首先考虑患者原发病情状况制定个体化治疗方案，同时加强疑似病症患者的骨髓检查，避免误诊或漏诊的发生。 　　【关键词】恶性血液疾病；白血病；败血症；骨髓坏死；多发性骨髓瘤【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）11-0114-01Malignant blood disease merging bone marrow necrosis of 9 cases of clinical analysis[Abstract] Objective: To study the pathogenesis, analysis of malignant blood disease with bone marrow necrosis of the clinical symptoms andpathological changes of blood characteristics. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 9 cases of malignant hematological diseases in our hospital from 2009January ~2014 year in November the clinical data of patients with bone marrow necrosis, the primary disease in 3 cases of acute leukemia, 2 cases ofsepticemia complicated with cirrhosis, 1 cases of multiple myeloma, 2 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia, to analyze all patients the characteristics ofsymptoms, diagnosis and prognosis. Results: all patients were found with anemia, fever, body pain and other symptoms, 9 cases of bone marrow necrosis in1 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia patients after one week treatment and family members to give up treatment and discharged, the remaining 8patients through scientific and standardized chemotherapy, including 4 cases of bone marrow symptoms improve symptoms, 2 cases of bone marrow thepatients improved, 2 patients without bone marrow disease does not change. Conclusion: for this type of bone marrow necrosis is hard to cure thecomprehensive symptoms, the main risk factors for primary malignant hematologic diseases, treatment of patients with primary disease first consider thesituation of the development of individualized treatment plan, and strengthen the suspected patho
