精品论文 参考文献 心理护理对康复期女性慢性精神病患者心理需求的影响 胡春丽 　　（商丘市第二人民医院二病区 河南商丘 476000） 　　【摘要】目的：分析心理护理对康复期女性慢性精神病患者心理需求的影响。方法：选择我院符合康复期女性慢性精神病诊断标准的患者60例，将所有患者随机分为两组，各30例，给予对照组常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，分析比较两组患者护理效果。结果：观察组护理干预后心理需求高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度为96.7%，远高于对照组满意度80.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在对患者治疗结束后复发率比较中，观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：心理护理对康复期女性慢性精神病患者的心理需求有积极影响，可增进患护关系，在临床应用中值得推广。 　　【关键词】心理护理；康复期女性；慢性精神病患者；心理需求 　　【中图分类号】R395 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）24-0017-02 　　Influence of psychological nursing on psychological needs of female patients with chronic mental illness during rehabilitation period 　　Hu Chunli. Shangqiu Second Peoples Hospital, Henan Shangqiu 476000, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on psychological needs of female patients with chronic mental disorder during rehabilitation period. Methods In our hospital in 60 patients met the diagnostic criteria of chronic psychiatric rehabilitation period of female patients, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each, giving the control group were given routine nursing care, observation group in the control of psychological nursing group on the basis of analysis were compared between the two groups of patients with nursing effect.
