A device that tubular tubular reactor, large aspect ratio of the continuous operation of the reactor. The tubular reactor is a suitable strong exothermic reaction equipment. The main contents of the design are: according to the given parameters select the appropriate structure type, then the type has been selected in accordance with national standards and industry standards for equipment tubes, baffles, fixed pitch pipes, boxes and other zero part design, the device is mainly the cylinder, tube box, bearings, tubes, baffles and tube plate, flange and other components. Through the tubular reactor design, and thus familiar with and understand the general chemical equipment design methods and procedures, knowledge and understanding of relevant chemical equipment design standards and norms, master chemical equipment selection method for general parts, training integrated use of knowledge analyze and solve practical engineering problems.
