But accord ing to the state right construction of ChineseConstitution, the Suprem e Peoples Court unab le to bear th is ital task. The legal un ified interpreta- tion function of the Suprem e Peop les Court is lmi ited, and it can only un ify the judicial interpretations of the courts of d i-f ferent le els. In order to perfect the judical interpretation function of the Suprem e Peoples Court, the Ch inese judical re- form should be carried out from constucting a resonab le jud icial system, precedents sy stem and resonab lely de ide the inter- pretation scope bewt een the Supreme Peoples Court and the Courts of d ifferent le els.
