精品论文 参考文献 UPA 和PAI-1 与胃癌浸润、转移的相关性研究 刘磊1 徐宏1 周峰强1 张健2 赵松林2 （1.滨州市人民医院普外科；2.滨州市人民医院病理科 山东 滨州 256610） 摘要：目的 观察尿纤溶酶原激活物（UPA）和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物- 1（PAI-1）在人胃癌组织中的蛋白表达，探讨UPA 和PAI-1 与胃癌浸润、转移的相关 性。方法 选择55 例胃癌标本，50 例正常胃黏膜标本，应用免疫组化SP 法检测UPA 和PAI-1 蛋白在人胃癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达。结果 胃癌组织及癌旁组织 均能检测到UPA 和PAI-1 的表达，但癌组织中表达水平明显高于癌旁组织，表达有显著性差异（P＜0.05）, 胃癌组织和胃正常黏膜组比较表达有显著性差异（P ＜0.01），而癌旁黏膜组和胃正常黏膜组比较无显著差异性。胃癌UPA 和PAI-1 的表达水平与肿瘤细胞淋巴结转移及分化程度密切相关（P＜0.05），PAI-1 和UPA 在胃癌中的蛋白表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）。结论 UPA 和PAI-1 的共同表达是胃癌的特征之一， UPA 和PAI-1 的高表达可能预示着胃癌组织分化较低、或已发生浸 润转移。 关键词：胃癌；淋巴结转移；UPA；PAI-1；免疫组织化学 UPA and PAI-1 Expression with Invasion and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer in research Abstract：Purpose Observation of the UPA and PAI-1 protein expression in human gastric cancer, explore the UPA and PAI-1 with tumor cell invasion and metastasis correlation.Methods Select 55 cases of gastric cancer specimens,and 50 cases of normal gastric mucosa, the application of immunohistochemistry SP method detection UPA and PAI-1 protein in human gastric cancer tissues, adjacent normal tissues in the expression..Results Gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues could be detected in the UPA and PAI-1 expression, but expression levels were significantly higher in the cancer tissue cancer tissue, the expression that there is a significant difference (Plt;0.05), gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa group expression that there is a significant difference (Plt;0.01), mucosa and normal gastric mucosa adjacent cancer showed no significant differences.
