Under the background of the new industrial revolution, the adjustment path of Chinas industrial structure and processes will be affected deeply. Its a great challenge for Chinas transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and Its a great need for think- tanks to play an important role in leading and guiding. Therefore, It is necessary to analyses the opportunities and challenges of think-tanks in the future and then to put forward the specific direction and advice for the future development of the think-tank itself.
