ABSTRACT Objective Through the clinical observation of Herbal oral and fumigation on tibial plateau fracture postoperative fracture healing and knee joint function recovery.To explore the mechanism of Herbal in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture and the prevention of postoperative complications.? Methods 60 patients of tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from July 2013 to August 2015 were selected.?They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 30 cases, including 36 males and 24 females, aged from 20 to 62 years old, with an average of 43.1 years.According to Schatzker classification, including 6 cases of type I and type II 13 cases, type III in 21 cases, 5 cases of type IV, 8 cases of type V, VI type in 7 cases.? After operation, the treatment group was treated with Herbal oral and fumigation, and the control group was treated with routine treatment.Patients were followed up for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks and 20 weeks after the operation, compared the two groups of fracture callus density and fracture healing time?.The VAS pain score and the activity degree of knee joint were observed after the treatment of Herbal fumigation.The HSS score of the knee joint was compared after 6 months.?The results were statistically analyzed. Results In the 60 cases of patients with postoperative follow-up, the postoperative X-ray observation of callus and fracture line fuzzy degree to determine fracture healing.?VAS pain score, knee activity score and HSS comprehensive score were used to evaluate the recovery of knee function after operation.? 1.
