Fortunately, I kept on reading it and I finished it. It gave me a feeling of life’s complex and improve my soul level. It’s writer is M. Scott Peck, American . I do not know very well about him, but after I read his book I admire his depth very much. He can understand the experience which most people do their best to be mature. He helps us explore what love is, lead us to have a new, peaceful and rich life through a lot of efficient communication. He helps us to learn love, independence, self-respect, self-love, and he helps us to find ourselves. This book divided into three parts: I ,in this part it includes: self-discipline, love, growth and religion, magical power. Among these ,I want to talk about the former three parts, because they had an important impact on me. II, it includes: grow in pain, explore of soul, find your own spiritual home. This chapter I benefit a lot and I like to share with you. III, it includes: take care of your soul in daily life, spiritual practice and psychological depth, take care of the world. This chapter is very professional for me and its contents are very complicated for me. So I will focus on the analysis of the chapters which I understand. “life is always full of difficulties” it is the first sentence of this book and it is one of the greatest truth in the world. Its great value bases on once we think over it we can realize the transcendence of life. Then the writer through some comparative to bring out the first scheme to solve the problems in life is self-discipline.
