精品论文 参考文献 持续性护理干预在老年髋部骨折术后患者中应用研究 （商丘市第一人民医院骨二科 河南商丘 476100） [摘要] 目的 研究持续性护理干预在老年髋部骨折术后患者中的应用。方法 选择2014年10月—2015年11月期间于商丘市第一人民医院骨二科接受治疗的老年髋部骨折患者60例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，均30例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施持续性护理干预，比较两组Barthel指数评分、Hariss髋关节评分及SDS、SAS评分。结果 干预前两组Barthel指数评分及 Hariss髋关节评分无明显差异（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组Barthel指数评分及 Hariss髋关节评分均高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；干预前比较两组SDS、SAS评分差异不显著（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 持续性护理干预可有效提高老年髋部骨折术后髋关节功能，加快康复进程，且有助于降低不良情绪，提高护理质量，值得推广应用。 [关键词] 持续性护理；老年髋部关节；负性情绪；髋关节 Continuous nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture surgery application research Liu Liying (shangqiu first peoples hospital of bone Henan shangqiu, 476100) [abstract] objective to study the continuous nursing intervention in the application of the elderly patients with hip fracture surgery. Methods during October 2014 - November 2014 bone second division in shangqiu first peoples hospital for treatment of 60 cases of elderly hip fracture patients as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases. Control group adopted routine nursing care, observation group implement continuous nursing intervention, compared two groups of Barthel index score, Hariss hip scores and SDS and SAS score. Results the two groups the Barthel index score and the intervention Hariss hip score has no obvious difference (P gt; 0.05); The Barthel index score after the intervention group and Hariss hip score were higher than control group, significant difference (P lt; 0.05); Compare two groups before intervention, SAS, SDS score difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05); After the intervention group, SAS, SDS score lower than the control group, significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the elderly hip joint function after surgery for hip fracture, to speed up the recovery process, and helps to reduce the bad mood, improve the quality of nursing, is worthy of popularization and application.
