Effect of Jiedu Hua yu Combined with Interferon Recipe on Treating of allergic Purpura nephritis clinical curative effect observation Abstrct Objective: to observe the effect of Jiedu Huayu combined with interferon recipe on treating of allergic Purpura Nephritis (Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis, HSPN) in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods: 120 patients with HSPN patients were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases and the control group 60 cases. Treatment group using human recombinant interferon alpha 1 b injection, 1 million units (30μg, intramuscular injection, 3 days) joint Jiedu Huayu method treatment, control group with oral prednisone piece (1mg/kg .d), two groups were given antihistamines, necessary antibiotics and support therapy, treatment for 8 weeks. Swallow observe Jiedu Huayu method combined with interferon in patients with allergic purpura nephritis (HSPN) of clinical efficacy. Results: 1. Clinical total effective rate was 80% in treatment group, the clinical total effective rate was 54.6% in control group, two groups are statistically significant differences (P 0.01), treatment group therapy effect is better than the control group. 2.
