箍结构论文：不同桩核材料及箍结构与前磨牙牙根抗力的实验研究 【中文摘要】具有不同形态箍结构的下颌前磨牙用纤维桩和铸造桩修复后对牙体抗力的影响。方法88颗新鲜离体下颌第一前磨牙分为3组。A组为铸造桩组,B组为纤维桩组,C组无桩修复。A、B两组又分为5组,每组8颗样本,1组为具有1mm的360°包绕的箍结构；2组为仅颊侧有1mm的箍结构：3组为仅舌侧有1mm的箍结构；4组为颊、舌侧有1mm的箍结构；5组为无箍结构。A、B两组分别用铸造桩、纤维桩修复后烤瓷熔附金属全冠修复。C组8颗样本,无桩核修复,根管治疗后烤瓷熔附金属全冠修复,为对照组。所有样本以1mm/min速率的加载压缩力,直到出现断裂。结果(1)铸造桩组：A1组的加载力值(1383.3±187.6N)大于组内其它4组及C组(1067.6±234.3N),具有统计学意义(P0.01)；A5组的加载力值(718.8±176.3N)小于C组,有统计学意义(P0.05)；其余组间无统计学差异。(2)纤维桩组：B5组的加载力值(668.9±219.3N)小于C组(P0.05),其余组间无统计学差异。(3)相同箍结构不同桩核材料间的加载力值比较显示A1与B1(837.5±228.0N)组间有差异(P=0.001),其余组间无差异。(4)相同箍结构不同桩核材料组间折裂模式的比较显示A2与B2(P=0.026)、A3与B3(P=0.007)、A5与B5(P=0.001)两两比较有统计学差异,其余组间无差异。结论纤维桩核冠修复具有不同形态箍结构的前磨牙时,抗折性无显著差异,且当剩余牙体组织较少时,折裂模式多为可修复型。因此,纤维桩核冠可用于各种情况的前磨牙残根的修复,具有广泛前景。 【英文摘要】objective To evaluate the fracture resistance of endodontically, this study was to evaluate the fracture resistance of endodontically treated mandibular premolars restored with glass fiber posts and casting post when different types of ferrule designs were incorporated.Methods eighty-eight mandibular premolars were divided into three groups:Group A is casting post,Group B is fiber post.Group C is not post. A, B group is divided into 5 groups, each with eight samples.
