工业工程对提高企业经济效益的潜力研究 摘要 工业工程自发展的一个世纪以来，受到了国内外的普遍关注。我国在工业化进程以来，无论是效率、质量、成本问题，还是资源、节约、环保、循环经济，乃至区域经济的建设与发展，最后都可归结到工业工程的概念和理论上来。但是很遗憾的是，工业工程在我国还没有引起国家高层管理部门的高度重视，工业工程在我国企业中的应用还不完善。本论文即针对这个问题，对我国应用和推广工业工程的问题展开讨论。 本文首先就工业工程的内涵、基本特征、基本职能和技术体系等内容进行系统分析。然后通过对工业工程在国内外的应用和发展进行对比，结合我国应用工业工程的现状和特点，寻找我国在应用和推广工业工程过程中存在的问题和差距。研究发现，我国在推广工业工程过程中还存在着盲目照搬国外的模式，在国内没有大范围推广，理论实践研究不够及对工业工程的整体性认识不足等问题。针对以上问题，作者认为在我国推广工业工程应从以下几个方面着手，第一，大力开展宣传工作；第二，根据行业和企业特点，分层次的去应用工业工程；第三，加快工业工程学科建设和人才培养；第四，构建适合我国国情的企业管理创新模式。在本文结尾笔者用实际案例来分析工业工程的应用效果，在此基础上对工业工程的发展趋势进行了预测。 关键词：工业工程，应用现状，对策研究，发展趋势 The Protential Research by Industrial Engineering Improves the Economic Efficiency of a Company Abstract With one century development of Industrial Engineering, it has been widely concerned home and abroad. With the process of industrialization in China, whether it is efficiency, quality, cost, or resources, conservation, environmental protection and recycling economy, and the construction and development of regional economic,and finally can be attributed to the concepts and theory of Industrial Engineering. Unfortunately, Industrial Engineering in China has not been concerned, and the application of Industrial Engineering in Chinese enterprises is not perfect. In this article, we talk about the application and promotion of Chinese Industrial Engineering. First,we talk about the connotation of industrial engineering, basic features, the basic functions and technical systems.Then compare with the use and development of IE home and abroad and combine with the current application situation and characteristics of IE in China, to find problems and gaps in the application and promotion of IE. By studying I found that the problems can be summarized as blindly copying foreign models, there is no large-scale promotion in China, there is no enough theory to guide research, there is no enough knowledge for holistic concept of IE. In view of the above issues, the author suggests that the promotion of IE in China should proceed
