JIANGXI AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY 本科毕业论文（设 计） 题目：赣州市某镇政府办公大楼设计 学 院： 工学院 姓 名： 黄裕勇 学 号： 专 业： 土木工程 年 级： 土木工程101 指导教师： 陈汉卿 职 称：讲师 二0一四年五月四日 摘 要 本次毕业设计的设计题目为赣州市某镇政府办公设计，包括建筑、结构两方面的设计，建筑面积3612m2，层数为五层，总高度21m。结构形式采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，承重体系为纵横向混合承重，隔墙用轻质混凝土砌块填充墙。建筑平面设计中充分考虑了办公大楼建筑的功能分区及各种功能房间之间的联系，房间的布置备尽量满足其功能的需要；立面设计充分体现了建筑物的现代风格。 在结构设计中，依照6 度设防烈度进行抗震设计，用底部剪力法计算水平地震作用，用弯矩二次分配法计算结构在竖向荷载作用下的内力，用《建筑抗震设计规范》规定的方法进行内力组合，求一榀框架的内力设计值并配筋。 关键词：毕业设计，框架结构，荷载作用，内力设计值，配筋 ABSTRACT The title of this graduation design is a township government office building, including the design of architecture and structure .The total architectural area of this building，which is seven floored, is 3612m2, and the height is21m. The structure system is frame structure of concrete cast in site, using lateral and longitudinal frame jointly to carry the loads. In order to reduce the dead weight of the structure, the partition wall is made of lightweight concrete masonry unit．During the design of the architectural plan, the functional zoning partition and the connection between different zoning are taken into special consideration, and the layout of the rooms is elaborately designed to satisfy its functional requirement． The elevation of this building is schemed to take on a modernistic look. The seismic degree for design is 6°.In the structural design， the bottom shear method is used to calculate the action of horizontal seismic, and the moment quadratic distribution method is used to calculate the internal force of the structure under vertical loads．After all this work has been done, the method provided by the code for the design of anti－seismic structure is used to combine the inertial force and calculate the reinforcement of one lateral frame． Key words: graduation design, the frame structure, loads, internal force, reinforcement design value 1工程概况 5 2 设计资料 6 2.1工程地质条件 6 2.2 气
