几种减肥养生茶中芦荟大黄素、大黄素含量测定 　　[摘要] 目的 测定几种减肥养生茶中芦荟大黄素、大黄素的含量。 方法 采用HPLC法，色谱柱：Kromasil 100-5C18；流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（85∶15）；柱温：30℃；检测波长：254 nm；流速：1.0 ml/min。 结果 芦荟大黄素在0.044～0.44 μg范围内， 线性关系良好（r=0.9797）， 平均回收率为102.01%；大黄素在0.044～0.44 μg范围内，线性关系良好（r=0.9968），平均回收率为100.54%。 结论 本测定方法快速、灵敏、简便，为该类中草药饮品中有效成分的分离和测定提供了依据，为膳食调理提供了参考。 [关键词] HPLC；芦荟大黄素；大黄素；减肥养生茶 [中图分类号] R927.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（c）-0007-04 Content determination of aloe-emodin，emodin in several weight loss health-enhancing herbal tea Dong Yu-jing Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis，Pharmaceutical Institute of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University，Guangzhou 510006，China [Abstract] Objective To determine the content of aloe-emodin，emodin of several weight loss health-enhancing herbal tea. Methods The HPLC method was adopted，the chromatographic column was kromasil 100-5C18，the mobile p hase was methanol-0.1% H3PO4 （85∶15），the column temperature was 30℃，the detection wavelength was 254 nm， the flow speed was 1.0 ml/min. Results Aloe-emodin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.044-0.44 μg（r=0.9797） with its average recovery rate was 102.01%；emodin showed good linear relationship within the range of 0.044～0.44 μg（r=0.9968 ） with its average recovery rate was 100.54%. Conclusion The content determination method is rapid，sensitive and simple，it provides the basis for the separation and determination of effective constituents of Chinese medicinal herbs in the class drinks，and provides the basis for dietary conditioning. [Key words] High performance liquid chromatography；Aloe emodin；Emodin；Weight loss health-enhancing herbal tea 芦荟大黄素和大黄素都具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、免疫抑制、泻热行滞、通便利水、降脂减肥的作用，芦荟大黄素抗癌范围广泛，其作用机制之一是抑制癌细胞的DNA、RNA及蛋白质的生物合成，它对葡萄球菌和链球菌最敏感，对金黄色葡萄球菌的核酸和蛋白质合成有较强的抑制作用，对便秘和痔疮有特殊疗效[1-3]。而大黄素可抵抗多种微生物，此外还有解痉、止咳、降血压等作用。本研究采用高效液相法测定了几种常见的药食两用减肥养生茶中的芦荟大黄素及大黄素，找出相对合理、稳定的分析条件，建立快速、灵敏、简便的测定方法，以期为该类中草药饮品中有效成分的分离和测定提供依据，且为膳食调理提供参考。 1 材料与方法 1.1 仪器与试药 美媛春清清茶产地为广东省清远市（生产批号：110401），江西美媛春药业股份有限公司生产；大肚子
