《临床药物代谢动力学Clinical Pharmacokinetics》 （1112010155） 药学院 临床药学专业 一、课程说明 1．该课程的目的和任务 “临床药动学是一门以人为研究对象，利用药物代谢动力学原理服务于临床的应用学科，阐明人体对药物的处置规律，并将其应用于病人的治疗控制，是“药物代谢与动力学”课程为基础的高级课程。 Clinical pharmacokinetics is the advanced course of pharmacokinetics. This discipline regards human as the research objective and investigates the drug disposition in human, which is helpful in administering drugs regimens. 本课程通过讲授使学生掌握生理、病理、遗传等内部因素以及药物、食物等外部因素对药物在人体内处置的影响以及对药效的影响，并能将其应用到临床个体化给药方案的制定以及创新药物开发研究，为今后开展临床药动学研究和从事新药的开发研究奠定必备的临床药动学基础。 The influence of external factors (physiology, pathology, heredity) and internal factors (drug, food) on the drug disposition and efficacy, the theory and research methodology of clinical pharmacokinetics, the application of clinical pharmacokinetics on individual therapy as well as innovative drug development will be taught in this course. Through the study of this course, students will understand the theory and research methodology in clinical pharmacokinetics studies and be able to use the basic knowledge to service the future work. 课程的基本内容和要求 临床药动学这门临床 Clinical pharmacokinetics is mainly composed by two parts: the application of clinical pharmacokinetics on individual therapy and innovative drug development. The influence of external factors (physiology, pathology, heredity) and internal factors (drug, food) on the drug disposition, the influence factors of drug-drug interaction and the principles of individual therapy should be mastered. The application of clinical pharmacokinetics in innovative drug development and the experimental design of phase 1 human clinical trials should be known.
