毕 业 设 计（论 文）题 目绿色金融的发展现状及问题研究姓 名 程健 学 号 2013040195所在学院 经济与政法学院 专业班级 11辅修金融 指导教师 李琼 日 期 2015年5月15日 绿色金融的发展现状及问题研究摘 要为了贯彻落实“十二五规划”关于经济与环境协调发展的主要内容，应对绿色经济发展模式给我国金融业带来的机遇和挑战，本文系统的分析了绿色金融对我国经济产生的影响，旨在促进我国金融业的快速转型与发展。 文首先对绿色金融的基本理论进行了阐述，说明了我国发展绿色金融的必要性。接下来通过2009-2014年我国的绿色GDP数据，分析了绿色金融在我国发展状况，指出发展中所存在的问题。然后根据问题提出了如下解决办法与对策：合理引导各级政府对绿色金融的扶持力度；成立专门的绿色金融政策机构；完善我国绿色金融政策体系；保证金融机构和环保机构的信息对称；建设高素质绿色金融专业队伍；加快推广绿色金融产品；加大绿色金融产品创新力度；积极参与国际绿色金融市场操作等。为促进我国经济的健康发展，充分发挥金融业对于国家经济发展与社会稳定的重要作用，结合我国的实际情况，金融机构和环保机构应大力配合政府工作，将经济发展与环境问题紧密的结合在一起，开创一条具有中国特色的绿色金融发展道路。 关键词：绿色金融；绿色 GDP；绿色信贷；环境保护；金融创新AbstractIn order to implement the main points of economy and environment coordinate development of 12th Five-Year Program for Chinas Economic and Social Development and cope with the challenges and opportunities which Green Economic development mode brings to China’s financial industry, this essay makes a systematical analysis of what influences that the Green Finance has on China’s economy. This is helpful for us to develop and transform China’s financial industry. First of all, this essay makes a presentation about basic theory of Green Finance .And demonstrates the necessity of developing Green finance in China. Second, the essay makes an analysis of the state of development of Green Finance in China according to China’s Green GDP data form 2005 to 2009, and points out the problems during the development. Third, this essay provides the solutions to these problems: rationally guide the government at all levels to strengthen the support for Green Finance; establish the specialized policy agency for Green Finance; perfect the China’s policy system of Green Finance; guarantee information symmetry between financial institutions and environmental groups; develop high-quality teams specialized in Green Finance; rapid promote the Green Finance products; increase innovation of Green Finance produces; take an active parts in international financial market, etc.In order to promote China’s ec
