毕 业 论 文 题目： 电子商务下的第三方物流管理问题 学 号： 姓 名： 专业班级： 指导教师： 完成日期： 题 目 摘要：电子商务和物流作为现代流通的两大手段，相互之间有着密切的联系。物流作为“四流”中最为特殊和必不可少的一种，其过程的逐步完善还需要经历一个较长的时期。通过近年来的相关数据我们可以发现，在开展电子商务活动时，很多企业原有的物流能力在通过网络交易而飞速增加的订单面前往往显得无能为力，利用第三方物流已经逐渐成为企业缩减资产、节省物流费用的必然选择。本文简要介绍了目前电子商务的第三方物流管理的基本情况、遇到的问题及对策，通过对电子商务时代第三方物流管理的论述，对物流与电子商务的整合进行探讨，并结合外代系统的业务实践，提出传统运输服务企业在向第三方物流企业转化过程中应采取的方针和策略。 关键词：第三方物流 电子商务 物流管理 Abstract: the electronic commerce and the logistics as a modern distribution of two big means, of the close relationship between each other.
