The real estate have developed an independent trade . For the real estate projects have the characteristics of bigger investment , many uncertainties and bigger development and management risks ,the feasibility study of real estate development process of decision analysis ,it is an important basis for real estate development process of decision analysis. By analyzing, argue and compare all kinds of the alternative to make sure of the technically feasible, environmentally permitted and economically rational .Before implementing investment ,the investor must make detail research ,analysis and plan .In order to make accurate investment decision, the investor have to make through market forecast and project positioning and to make the feasibility study through financial analysis and economic valuation . Only so can investor avoid the loss of blind investment ,and remove the harmful effect on national economy.
