乳腺癌腋淋巴结微小转移及CerbB2，nm23基因表达关系相关性 　 作者：王玉 景娜 永强 王晋芬 【摘要】 目的：探讨乳腺癌腋淋巴结微小转移与CerbB2，nm23基因表达的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法对78 例淋巴结常规HE染色无癌转移的乳腺癌淋巴结1 269枚进行上皮细胞角蛋白(CK19)表达和癌组织进行CerbB2，nm23基因表达的检测。结果：淋巴结CK19阳性率为4.25％，其病理阳性率为28.2％，CerbB2阳性率为43.6％，nm23阳性率为80.8％，CK19阳性组的CerbB2阳性率明显高于CK19阴性组(P＜0.05)。CK19阳性组的nm23阳性率明显低于cK19阴性组(P＜0.05)。CK19阳性率与患者月经状况、病理类型、临床分期、激素受体状况无关(P＜0.05)。结论：乳腺癌腋淋巴结CK19表达与癌组织CerbB2基因表达呈正相关，与癌组织nm23基因表达呈负相关，与患者月经状况、临床分期、病理类型、激素受体状况无关。 【关键词】 乳腺癌 腋淋巴结 微小转移 CerbB2 nm23 Abstract Objective：To investigate micrometastasis in axillary lymph nodes and its relationship with cerbB2，nm23 genes expressin of the tumor tissue in breast cancer.Methods：Total of 1 269 lymph nodes and carcinoma tissues from 78 lymph nodenegative cases comfimed by routine pathology were examined by immunohistochemical staining using CK19 and cerbB2，nm23 respectively.Results：The positive rate of CK19 of axillary lymph node was 4.25％.Micrometastasis were observed in 22 cases of the 78 patients (28.2％).The positive rate of cerbB2 was 43.6％，the positive rate of nm23 was 80.8％in breast cancer tissues.The positive rate of cerbB2 in the patients with micrometastasis was significantly higher than that in the patients without micrometastasis(P＜0.05).The positive rate of nm23 in the patients with micrometastasis was significantly lower than that in the patients without micrometastasis(P＜0.05).There was no significant relationship with patient menstruation condition，clinical stage，pathologic type，hormone condition irrelevant to CK19 expression.Conclusion：The expression of CK19 of axilliariy lymph node is positive relevant to CerbB2 gene with cancer，neganative relevant to nm23 gene with cancel The expression of CK19 of axilliariy lymph node is irrelevant to patient menstruation condition，clinical stage，pathologic type，hormone condition.
