本科毕业设计（论文）说明书 公司某营业部货物配载的优化研究 系 别 经贸与管理工程系 专业班级 学生姓名 指导教师 提交日期  摘要 本文通过对现有配载算法的比较，就XB公司某营业部门的实际情况，对部门建立起基于六空间划分的启发式算法的货物配载方法，并制定实施改进计划。 六空间划分启发式算法既继承了传统的启发式算法快速高效的特点，同时加入空间划分理论。通过制订计划，可根据货物的不同需要来分配空间，根据整体的需要实行空间的整合，提高空间的利用率。 本文通过实地调查，对XB公司某营业部门货物配载方法的进行优化研究，分析其货物配载存在的问题，运用文献研究法、比较法得出最能满足该部门需要的货物配载算法，根据部门战略与操作的需要设计和应用基于六空间划分的启发式算法的配载方法，并通过PDCA循环管理方法对该配载方法进行实施与改进。 基于六空间划分的启发式算法建立的配载方法，能够有效地配合部门的战略以及操作管理。满足成本战略，满足操作简明易懂需求。本文所研究的配载方法主要针对零担物流公司的下设地方营业部门，对于营业部门人员设置少、成本最小化、效率优先的战略需求，有一定参考价值。 关键词：货物配载方法、六空间划分启发式算法、戴明环 Abstract By comparing to different loading algorithms, this paper establish the loading method based on the six space-based heunstic algorithms depending on the one dapartment actual data of the XB Company, and develop the implementation of improvement plans. Six space partion heuristics is as fast and efficeient as traditional and heuristic algorithm, but also had taken space division theory into consideration. According to the different needs of cargo space to be allocated and the needs of overall implementation of the integration space to make plans to maximization utilization space. The paper investigated the existed loading problems, one business sector of the XB company with the help of relevant literature ,the paper studied sveral different loading methods to find out the appropriate loading method which can best met the business sector’s stratedic and practical needs. The study object discusses in the paper refered to the subordinates units of LTL logistics company. Therefore, the paper has reference value to those business units which has the similar characteristics with small scale of staff, strict cost eimits, high-efficiency requirement.
