Wang Jin Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2011-06·Harbin  摘 要 本文研究的双辊破碎机最主要的部分是破碎辊。破碎辊在物料长时间的挤压下必然会产生变形，甚至破裂。它的形状以及两个破碎辊之间的间距直接影响着破碎机的破碎效果与质量。因此，用优化的方法以及新型的材料是本次研究的关键。本次设计的破碎辊结构完全符合了以上的要求，并且辊皮的材料也能满足降低成本，提高强度的要求。 本次设计在破碎理论的发展基础上，通过不断创新，对破碎机各种参数的计算和优化、破碎机的功率和破碎能力的确定、辊皮、轴的设计，还包括传动部分主要机构V带轮和齿轮的设计。本次设计型号2PG-T0604破碎机主要用于水泥行业的破碎，设计在多碎少磨的理论基础上充分考虑了破碎辊的磨损，提高了生产效率，降低了能耗。 关键词：双辊破碎机；破碎辊；辊皮 ABSTRACT In this paper, the most important part of the double-roll crusher is the crushing roll. Crushing rolls squeezed at the material would have a long deformation, or even rupture. Its shape and the space between the two crushing rolls directly impact the crusher’s crushing effect and quality. Therefore, optimization methods and new material used are the key to this study. The structure of the design of the crushing rolls is satisfied with the above requirements and the material of the roll paper can also meet the lower costs and improve the strength requirements. The design based on the development of the crushing theory through continuous innovation, calculation and optimization of various parameters of the crusher, the determination of the power broken and crushing capacity ,roll paper, the design of the shaft, and also include the design of V pulley and gear of the major bodies of the transmission. This model 2PG-T0604 of the design is mainly used in the crushing of the cement industry.
