内容摘要 随着经济的迅速发展，对企业提出了新的挑战。产品在生产使用过程中对环境、安全、健康的影响，己成为衡量一个企业综合素质的主要标准。EHS 是 Environment Health and Safety 的缩写，意即环境健康安全。EHS 文化是研究人、物、环境三者之间的协调性，对组织内部的安全工作进行决策、计划、组织、控制和协调，并采取综合措施控制人、物、环境的不安全因素，以实现环境健康和安全的有机结合。 本论文借鉴了近几年国内外的主要文献、研究成果以及关于如何减少安全事故的调查资料，并对 EHS 理论与方法进行了研究。文章首先介绍了 EHS 的起源和发展，进而通过介绍几种经典的安全事故致因理论，结合 EHS 的概念得出实施 EHS 管理体系的意义与步骤。然后通过某石油化工企业实施 EHS 的案例，对其实施 EHS 改善的过程及成果进行分析。通过改善公司的EHS文化，包括改善沟通、安全培训、监督机制等，最终取得了理想的效果，使企业员工安全意识有了极大提高，安全事故大量减少。 本文通过了几个方面来改善公司的EHS文化，在公司取得了良好的成果，有利于促进企业各部门思想观念的转变，建立符合经济发展的 EHS 文化体系，有利于我国企业的改革和发展，促进我国企业健康稳定发展具有重要的意义。 关键词：环境；健康；安全；企业文化 ABSTRAC With the rapid economic development of the enterprise presents new challenges. Products used in the production process of the environmental, safety and health, has become a measure of overall quality of an enterprise of the main criteria. EHS is the Environment Health and Safety of abbreviation, meaning that environmental Health and Safety. EHS culture is the study of people, goods, coordination among environmental, safety work within the organization to make decisions, plan, organize, control and coordination, and to adopt comprehensive measures to control the people, objects and environment of insecurity, in order to achieve environmental health and safety combination.
