腮腺沃辛瘤57例临床分析（Clinical analysis of 57 cases of Warthins tumor of parotid gland） Department of Stomatology, peoples Hospital of Jiangsu Province, Taixing, Jiangsu 225400, Taixing, China [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of Warthins tumor of parotid gland. Methods: retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 57 cases of parotid Warthin tumor patients, respectively. Age, sex and smoking history, lesion, diagnosis and treatment are summarized. Results: the parotid Warthin tumor occurs in older men, many patients have obviously long smoking history, the lesion in parotid gland after surgery, the tumor body and gland region resection. Conclusion: the characteristics of Warthins tumor of parotid gland significantly, the diagnosis is not difficult, treatment should be standardized. ResultsWarthin tumor usually found in s old man, with long time smoking history, and located in the superficial lobe of parotid gland, most patients were treated with partial resection (region resetion). ConclusionWarthin tumor exhibits obvious clinical s characters, so is easy to make a correct diagnosis and therapy.
