胆管（bile duct） Department of Radiology, image center of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Ministry of health Imaging examination of the biliary system CT examination of biliary system: 1, routine CT: axial transverse scan, the observation of biliary tract is not satisfactory, it can not show the overall shape and spatial relationship of biliary tract. 2, spiral CT has the advantage of volume data acquisition, 3D imaging for bile duct, from coronary, sagittal, and any angle to show the biliary tract morphology, especially for biliary anatomy observation, a noninvasive examination. At present, there are several kinds of clinical applications: (1) enhanced spiral CT cholangiography (spiral CT vein cholangioraphy, SCTC): spiral CT volume acquisition technology and intravenous cholangiography (IVC) combined to obtain the original image contrast agent filling internal biliary, after image postprocessing, obtain three-dimensional images of bile duct. (2) oral contrast enhanced CT cholangiography (oral, contrast-enhanced, CT, cholangiography): 2 hours after dinner, take contrast iodine acid (iopodic) 6 grams, two times (3 grams / times) oral. After 10~12 hours, the next morning, the bile duct spiral CT scan.
