IT , 　210096;2., 　100088) 　:针对钢桥面铺装设计必 控制的疲劳和车辙主要破坏形式,提出了钢桥面铺装结构设计的 疲劳指标与车辙指标,遵循疲劳和车辙等效轴载换算原则,应用疲劳等效原理, 推导出基于疲劳等 效的钢桥面铺装体系轴载换算公式。根据室内疲劳试验及力学分析结果,确定了该公式中的换算 指数和其他轴型与轮组轴载换算为单轴双轮组的轴载换算系数。结果表明, 对于钢桥面浇注式沥 青混凝土铺装体系的轴载换算指数为4.35, 对于钢桥面改性沥青 MA 铺装体系的轴载换算指数 为5.30, 对于钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装体系的轴载换算指数为6.25, 在钢桥面铺装设计与验算 中, 经换算其结果较为精确、可行。 :钢桥面;沥青混合料铺装;疲劳等效;轴载;换算指数 :U443.33　　　:A Conversion method of axle-load for steel bridge deck based on fatigue-equivalent 1 2 1 1 HUANG Wei , LIU Zhen-qing , QIA N Zhen-dong , CHENG Gang (1.IT Research Center, outheast University, Nanjing 210096, China; 2.Highw ay Research Institute of Minist ry of Communications, Beijing 100088, China) Abstract:The index system of structure design w as proposed according to the fatigue failure type and rutting failure type of steel bridge deck, and it w as classified into tw o types, one is fatigue index, another is rutting index .The conversion method of axle-load w as proposed based on its fatigue and rutting equivalent ruks.The conversion formulas of steel bridge deck w ere proposed based on fatigue equivalent ruks.T he conversion exponents and coefficients of other axle-type and w heel-type of the formulas w ere computed according to fatigue tests and mechanical analysis.
