成年无牙牙合患者腭裂术后全口义齿修复[摘要]目的:探讨成年无牙牙合患者腭裂术后的全口义齿修复问题。方法:临床接诊3例伴有先天性腭裂畸形的成年无牙牙合患者,经腭裂整复术后6个月,采用钛金属增强义齿基托的强度并减轻义齿的重量,利用进入牙槽突唇侧裂隙的基托增加义齿的固位,常规完成全口义齿修复。结果:3例患者腭裂整复术后伤口愈合顺利,除牙槽突唇侧,上腭其余裂隙得以修复,3副全口义齿咬合关系良好、固位良好、外观满意,能咀嚼一般食物。结论:经适当的手术为全口义齿的基托固位创造条件,然后按照全口义齿的修复理论,加上熟练的操作技巧和认真的工作态度,伴有先天性腭裂畸形的成年无牙牙合患者也可以像普通无牙牙合患者一样,获得一副固位良好、咀嚼功能良好、造型美观的全口义齿,有利于该类患者身心健康的融入社会生活。 [关键词]成人;腭裂;无牙牙合;全口义齿 [中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2010)03-0381-03 Completed denture restoration for edentulous adults associated with cleft palate WANG Chun-feng,MENG Fan-wen,ZHUANG Rong,WU Xiao-liang,WANG Li,WU Zhan-ao (Department of Stomatology,the 359th Hospital of People’s Liberation Army,Zhenjiang 212001,Jiangsu,China) Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the prosthetic methods of completed denture restoration for edentulous adults associated with cleft palate.MethodsSix months after the repair of cleft palate,complete dentures were routinely accomplished for three cases of edentulous adults associated with cleft palate.Titanium was used to strengthen the base and lighten the denture. Retention force of the denture was reinforced by the part of the base into the labial side of the alveolar cleft.ResultsThe wound healing of the repair of cleft palate was even, and the cleft was almost closed except in the labial side of the alveolar cleft in all three cases. The three patients hand good occlusion relations,good retention forces and satisfying looks. They also could masticate normal food. Conclusion On the base of proper palatoplasty,complete denture for edentulous adults associated with cleft palate,as common edentulous patients,with good retention, masticatory function and appearance could be fabricated by confirming to the prosthetic theory and with skilled manipulation and earnest attitude,which was beneficial to their physical and mental health.
