呼吸内科肺部真菌感染62例临床研究【中图分类号】R563 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)09－0067－01 【摘要】目的 探讨呼吸内科肺部真菌感染的易感因素、临床特征和治疗措施。方法 对2006年7月-2009年6月间本院呼吸内科收治并确诊为肺部真菌感染的62例患者病历进行回顾性分析，对呼吸内科肺部真菌感染的易感因素、临床特征和治疗措施进行总结。结果 我院呼吸内科真菌感染发生率为2.7%，易感因素主要有长期使用广谱抗生素，糖皮质激素，营养不良，放化疗等；其中患有COPD的32例，占总数的51.6%，COPD是呼吸内科肺内真菌感染的常见基础疾病；主要病原菌为白假丝酵母菌，约占呼吸内科肺部真菌感染的60%；治疗方法主要以抗真菌治疗，积极治疗原发疾病的综合治疗为主。结论 长期使用广谱抗生素，糖皮质激素，营养不良，放化疗等因素是呼吸内科肺内真菌感染的易感因素，COPD是呼吸内科真菌感染的常见基础疾病，白假丝酵母菌是主要的病原菌，临床上应予以重视。 【关键词】真菌感染 呼吸内科 肺部 COPD 白假丝酵母菌?
