临床动态循证抗感染治疗银屑病效果分析作者单位：474500 河南省豫西协和医院；河南省西峡银屑病感染病因研究所 通讯作者：袁鸿慈 【摘要】 目的 探讨银屑病细菌性病因发病特点和动态循证抗感染治疗的效果。方法 以细菌群相同步培养系统和复数菌直接药敏测试法，对住院病例的血和（或）尿进行培养和测试，选同一敏感抗感染药物，单品种、足剂量，由静脉缓慢给药，配合免疫双向调节剂辅助治疗，3个月为一个疗程。结果 40例患者血培养计336例次，细菌L型生长，厌氧菌和需氧菌均未生长，培养次数最多23次，最少4次，平均10.1次；尿培养81例次，需氧菌及兼性厌氧菌鉴定72株，细菌不稳定L型回复成细菌型鉴定27株。住院时间最长266 d，最短45 d，平均132.2 d。痊愈14例（35%），基本痊愈17例（42.5%），好转9例（22.5%）。结论 银屑病是以细菌稳定L型感染为主要特点的、内源性复数菌感染病，在机体天然免疫功能失调下，引发的全身性皮肤损害表象。在机体皮肤组织细胞准确休整配合下，动态循证选择敏感抗感染药物由静脉给药和免疫双向调节剂辅助治疗，可按期治愈。 【关键词】 银屑病； 细菌群相同步培养系统； 复数菌直接药敏试验； 临床动态循证抗感染治疗； 效果分析 Dynamic evidence-based clinical anti-infection treatment to analyze the effect of psoriasis YUAN Hong-ci,LIU Pei-feng, SUN Feng-run,LI Xiao, LI Xiao-wei, LI Tiao-huan,LIU Feng.Infection in the Etiology of Psoriasis Snstitute, West Henan Union Hospital,Xixia 474500,China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of psoriasis and anti-bacterial treatment observation.Methods Adopt group-phase synchronous culture of bacteria and fungi plural direct susceptibility testing method, culture bacterial and Drug susceptibility testing the blood and urine of hospitalized patients， choose the same, single，sensitive，adequate dose antibiotics by slow intravenous adiministration, with Bi-directional immune modulator to Adjuvant therap，3 months for a course of treatment.Results 40 patients had done blood culture with a total of 336 times，wei can observate growth of stsble L-type bacterial, the growth of anaerobic and aerobic bacteria were not found； in which a maximum culturing of 23 times, at least 4times, with an average of 10.1 times. By bacterial culture of urine，wei can identificate aerobic and facultative anaerobes 72 total ；identificate bacteria un-table L-type which reverting back to bacteria 27. Hospitalized the longest 266 days, the shortest 45days, an average of 132.2 days.
