Exportation has now become a rather important orientation. Some businesses even set up overseas factories, which have strongly proved the magnificent progress that our Chinese manufacturing business has made. The miracle that Galanz has created has undoubtedly wined worldwide appreciation and praise. How does Galanz achieve such tremendous development in such a short period? How could Galanz rewrite the history and become outstanding among so many foreign goods? If we attach close attention to the uprising road of Galanz, we could see a main principle, that is, focusing on the market, adjusting the product structure according to the market, and constantly creating well-known products. They begin with famous branch, live by famous branch, develop by famous branch. So, we could see that the center part of “Galanz phenomenon” is the famous branch. Under the background of market economic, famous branch means everything. When there is a famous branch , there is a market, when there is a market, businesses can maintain their vitality and achieve further development. For the businesses, the key of self-development should first be branch strategy. My essay is focused on discussing the export strategy of Galanz, which is of great significance for the gradual development of Chinese manufacturing business. Key words:
