2015届毕业设计（论文） 题 目：太仓同维电子EOC产品生产线平衡研究 专 业： 工业工程 班 级： 1102 姓 名: 马 超 指导老师： 贺 明 明 起讫日期 2015.4.1-2015.6.3 2015 年 6月 太仓同维电子EOC产品生产线平衡研究 摘 要 如今，随着技术的发展和消费者消费观念的变化，多品种、小批量的订单逐渐成为制造企业所接收订单的主流，为了应对这一转变，很多制造企业开始选用更加灵活的生产方式，而本文所研究的生产线平衡则是这些生产方式的基础。 本文对太仓同维电子EOC产品进行生产线平衡研究，首先对公司背景和产品信息进行了简要介绍。在对EOC生产线现场进行了长期的观察和记录后，本文运用了程序分析、作业分析以及损失分析等线平衡常用的分析方法，对记录整理的数据分析并运用ECRS法则和动作经济原则对发现的问题进行了平衡改善，提高了线平衡率，减少了人力和物力的投入，消除了生产过程中存在的各种浪费。均衡生产是现今许多先进生产方式的基础，而线平衡则是均衡生产的基础，所以本文的研究对一些正在推行精益生产等先进制造方式的企业具有很好的借鉴意义。 关键词：生产线平衡 工时测量 程序分析 ECRS The Balance Of The EOC Production Line Of Taicang Tongwei Electronic Company ABSTRACT Today, with the view of the development of technology and consumption changes, many varieties, small batch order gradually become the mainstream of manufacturing enterprises received orders.in order to cope with this change, many manufacturing enterprises began to use more flexible modes of production, and the production line balance is the basis of the mode of production. This article carries on the production line balance study of Taicang dimensional electron EOC products,.First of all on the background of the company and product information were briefly introduced. After long-term observation and record on the site of the EOC production line. In this paper, the process analysis, operation analysis and loss analysis line balancing of the commonly used methods of analysis, for filing and record data analysis and follow ECRS principle and the economic principle of motion of the problems found were optimized, improve production line balancing rate, reduce the investment of manpower, eliminate the production process in the presence of all kinds of waste.
