植入心脏起搏器患者回归社会健康知识需求调查 王呼萍,白晓薇,王士东 内蒙古医学院附属医院，呼和浩特010059 摘要： 目的 总结永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者回归社会所需健康教育知识要点,并评估健康教育效果。方法 通过20例永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者回归社会健康知识需求问卷调查，总结健康知识要点。根据患者健康教育前后对所需知识的掌握情况作出效果评价。结果 分别有100%和90%的患者将安全需求和社会适应能力需求列为最需要掌握的知识,并且通过健康教育使永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者对回归社会所需知识掌握程度有显著提高。结论 通过对永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者进行回归社会健康教育知识需求调查，了解患者所需。进而对患者实施有针对性的健康教育，使患者最大程度的掌握所需知识，解除患者出院后心理负担，使其能够更好的对自身进行护理，保证了起搏治疗的效果，延长起搏器使用寿命,保障患者生命安全，提高患者生活质量。 关键词：心脏起搏器；植入术；健康教育；回归社会 Summary: Purpose The summary permanent pacemaker implants the technique patient toreturn the society to need the health education knowledge。And appraisal health education effect。Method Implants the technique patient through 20 examples permanent pacemakerto return the social health education knowledge demand questionnairesurvey, summarizes the healthy knowledge main point.
