T he application of C. genus oil is very extensive, and the research on C. genus oil has raised the attention of the researchers. This paper introduces the distribution characteristics, fruit characteristics, oil characteristics, extraction technology, comprehensive utilization of C. genus plants seeds in China, the problem in the study and utilization of C. genus oils and finally put forward some suggestions, in order to prov ide reference for the further study of the development and utilization of C. genus plants oil.
