Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in different clinical outcomes, HCV after infection, up to 80% of patients to chronic infection, chronic hepatitis C (CHC) without antiviral treatment timely and accurately, a considerable proportion of patients will develop liver cirrhosis (LC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and liver failure (LF [2]), have serious clinical consequences. Chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in comparison, better effect of antiviral therapy in patients with CHC, therefore, as long as the diagnosis of CHC, as long as the indications for antiviral therapy, for patients with CHC should be active antiviral therapy [3] correctly.
