But for super long rail (greater than 8m), its debugging and measurement become difficult problems. In the development of microwave near field testing equipment, we encountered the super long (13m) rail structure, and summarized some experiences about how to debug and measure its accuracy. 2 rail installation structure and accuracy requirements A near field test equipment is divided into horizontal guide rail, main rail and auxiliary rail. The length is 13m, span 1.5m, which is the most important basis and benchmark for the accuracy of the equipment.
